A romantic getaway that was pretty good!
friendly staff good spritz really good comfort
I found the staff friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond. The aperol spritz were good, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. I must say, the beds offered really good comfort. I slept soundly each night.
My only TINY issue was that the elevator seemed a little slow at peak times.

The breakfast offering was AMAZING!!! I noticed fresh fruit, a variety of home-made pastries and cakes that changed daily. I also enjoyed freshly made waffles and pancakes. The selection was wonderful.

The room was clean, light and airy, which I appreciated, and the air conditioning worked very well. It was also very quiet. The hotel garden was secluded and calm after the bustle of the city. It was like a sanctuary.

The staff at this hotel proved accommodating. the breakfast selection presented many choices and fresh options. i was grateful for their secure parking, especially since i had driven into the city. It gave me peace of mind. the library was also a peaceful haven, with comfortable seating.

Really good find near termini
elegant exterior attentive staff restful sleep
I found an really good hotel. The building's exterior is elegant. The staff were excellent. They were attentive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious and featured dual-aspect windows. I loved the blackout blinds on the terrace doors ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The à la carte selection was rather modest.

All staff were really good, attentive, polite and ready to assist at all turns. The seamless check-in process was another positive, with bags handled directly from the car.

The room was very clean and came well equipped with everything I needed. Daily housekeeping was provided, and anything I requested was brought to the room immediately, which I found particularly convenient. The hotel provided fresh towels every day, a HUGE plus.

the area feels secure due to the nearby embassies. the building's exterior had an elegant style and the reception area matched that. my room featured dual-aspect windows with blackout blinds guaranteeing restful sleep.
the hotel located a bit far from the central attractions required a thirty minute walk.

convenient and cute
welcome wine clean room
the hotel is close to the train station. this made arrival easy. staff surprised us with a welcome bottle of wine. the rooms were clean and they had lovely finishing touches.
the hvac system did not seem to work consistently. the room temperature was hard to control.

excessive street noise stuffy room
the breakfast was fine. the selection was good enough.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room was stuffy, and i found it hard to sleep. also, the street noise was excessive. I could hear everything happening outside all night long. it's unacceptable when you pay so much for a room.

short walk continental selection peeling paint high price
The hotel location was great. It was a short walk from the train station. I easily walked to the Trevi Fountain and other tourist spots (though the walk back was slightly uphill). The morning breakfast had a large continental selection and I could order eggs, waffles, or pancakes.
My room was small for a double. The price was high compared to other hotels I stayed at in Italy. I found holes in the walls, and the paint was peeling in the bathroom.
